The Breco Building at

The Breco Building which was once a busy printing press at the busy junction of the Jones Falls Expressway and downtown Baltimore has been converted into contemporary mid-luxury condominiums and duplexes. The warehouse itself has undergone major indoor restructuring to accommodate 38 one- and two-bedroom condominiums. Unique to the original design of the Breco Building were the eight two-story, glass-walled duplexes that were added to the roof of the existing building, offering panoramic views of Baltimore. This building also features 2,000 sf patio space and a 13-space parking garage.
