This condominium building located along South Baltimore's waterfront is exemplary of our studio's creativity. The proposed glass and steel building that will house 72 condos and sveral levels of parking is one of a kind-- atop two levels of above-grade integrated parking that accomodates 98 cars, the seven-story residential compnent will be suspended on structural columns, giving the building a lofty, lighter than air appearance.
