Alamo National Bank Conversion

This project converts an historic bank building into a full-service luxury hotel which, on a larger urban scale, will complete the circuit of the City's Riverwalk. The hotel will consist of 321 rooms in 23 stories and will include integrated sub-surface parking. An existing parking structure separating the hotel from the Riverwalk will be demolished to make way for a new structure that will tie the project to the Riverwalk. The new element will include a multi-story atrium, a restaurant, meeting space and public space as well an enhanced lobby area. Lush landscaping, and reorganization of the outdoor space will successfully integrate the hotel into the Riverwalk community.
