With over 10 years of experience in the field of architecture, Basil Rousos joins the firm with a diverse portfolio of mixed use, retail, residential, office and institutional projects throughout the nation. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a high level of professionalism, Mr. Rousos has become a key point of contact for both our clients and consultants. Currently, he is Project Manager for the multifamily residential M on Madison project, a condominium project located within Baltimore's West Side Revitalization area as well as the Saratoga Street Automated Garage, the first fully automated parking garage to be built in the area, and only the second in the United States.
