Mr. Lowe has more than 12 years of experience in the field of architecture and has been with Peter Fillat Architects for eight years, acting as a key associate that nurtures relationships we develop with our clients. Articulate and engaging, his exceptional communication skills enable him to consistently exceed expectations and meet deadlines. At Peter Fillat Architects, Mr. Lowe specializes in urban design, hospitality, multi-family residential and historic projects. His experience spans several scales of work from urban rowhouse renovations to mixed-use urban district planning.
An active member of the community, Mr. Lowe has been involved with multiple civic institutions, including service on the Architectural Review Committee for Mt. Vernon, the first historic district established in the city of Baltimore. Mr. Lowe is the President of The Baltimore Architecture Foundation, a non-profit, educational, public-oriented outreach organization that focuses its attention and energies on helping to promote an understanding of and an appreciation for Baltimore's built environment.
