Mr. Fritzsche is a registered architect in Maryland with more than 32 years of architectural experience. For seven years, he has been an associate principal at our firm that demonstrates top-caliber professionalism and management expertise. Throughout his career, he has worked on institutional, airport, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects. He is an expert in technical architecture and construction specifications. Meticulous and thorough, Mr. Fritzsche effectively ensures quality assurance to our clients.
At our firm, his hospitality portfolio includes work on the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott, the Renaissance Grand in St. Louis and the Bear Creek Mountain Resort. His multi-family portfolio includes Ridgely Commons, The Revels and Pilgrim's Landing. Mr. Fritzsche was also a key player in PFA's work on Inner Harbor East.
