The Canton | Fells Point Masterplan
Baltimore, Maryland
This extensive urban design study was developed with a group of thirteen different community organizations into a coherent community vision of the proposed development projects along Baltimore's "gold coast." The plan developed a series of public open spaces ranging from inwardly focused coves and outwardly focusing lookout points. The plan incorporates a new major pedestrian friendly urban boulevard and a continuous waterfront promenade.
