The project is an 18-acre mixed-use development project situated within seven blocks of former industrialized land along Baltimore's waterfront. Featuring over 300,000 SF of specialty, lifestyle and fashion retailers as well as a state-of-the-art stadium style, 18-screen multiplex theater. Inner Harbor East will offer Baltimore's largest collection of casual, themed and fine dining establishments, each with a unique presence. A total of 800,000 SF of office space, 1,175 hotel rooms, 350 residential rental units, and 2,500 parking spaces round out the program for this multiple phase development.
Designed as a natural extension of the world-renowned Inner Harbor of Baltimore it is an easy stroll along the waterfront promenade from the Central Business District, the National Aquarium, Camden Yards and the historic communities of Little Italy and Fells Point. With over 10 million visitors annually, Inner Harbor East offers a high energy, mixed-use urban community environment, which is programmed for 24-hour activity.
