Kali's Court

Baltimore, Maryland

Known for it's signature courtyard, Kali's Court in 2002 added 5,000 SF of space to its original structure, which previously consisted of two connected 18th-century rowhouses in historic Fells Point. The addition came about after an adjacent property became vacant and the owners of Kali's Court purchased it for the purposes of expanding their restaurant. The first floor of the adjacent building was converted into additional kitchen and dining space, while the basement and second floors were converted into storage space. The restaurant was renovated in a manner consistent with the pre-existing historic ambiance that was already in place.
