Situated on an 11 acre site overlooking the Caribbean Sea, these villas will offer stunning 360-degree views of the water. Phase One of the Land O'Reef project includes the design and construction of 17 residential villas that will have one or two bedrooms each, ranging from 1,600 SF to 3,000 SF. Construction of these luxury villas is slated to begin in January 2006. Phase Two, which has yet to be completely developed will include a hotel, restaurant and retail venues.
