Middle Branch East Urban Design Study
Baltimore, Maryland
Converting Baltimore's forgotten waterfront into a major new civic entry and public space amenity was the main goal of this study. The plan linked the world renowned Inner Harbor and proposed baseball and football stadia to a series of green spaces created from abandoned industrial waterfront sites. The plan created several new development parcels with wonderful waterfront views.
