Peter Fillat Architect has developed a collection of Office designs over the past ten years. Beginning with a restoration of the historic Furness House in Baltimore's financial district, the firm has worked on projects throughout the city and has seen several works built at Inner Harbor East on Baltimore's old industrial waterfront. The process of growing this piece of the downtown fabric continues today with the design of One Katyn Circle at the epicenter of Inner Harbor East.
