This classically inspired mixed-use tower located in the heart of Baltimore's historic financial district is designed to compliment the historic neighborhood while creating a new landmark for the 21st century. The majestic structure contains 415,000 sf of state of the art office space. In addition, the tower contains a 267 room Embassy Suites hotel. The hotel, located on the 11th through 23rd floors of the 35-story building enables the office space to obtain premiere upper level views. The hotel features the latest room prototype design as well as the signature atrium space. Additionally the hotel will operate a 26,000 sf conference center, which will service the office tenants as well as outside groups and hotel guests. In addition to the office space the tower has a 789 space-parking garage, and 25,000 sf of retail shops. PFA has completed a feasibility study on our client’s site. The project is currently on hold.
