Each of the 113 units in the Promenade luxury apartment building has a spacious balcony overlooking downtown Baltimore or the harbor. Units range from 405 SF for an efficiency to 1,700 SF for the three-bedroom penthouse suite. Communal amenities include a 212-space parking facility, community room, boardroom, office suites, a health club, and a beautifully landscaped terrace featuring a swimming pool and hot tub. This was the first building completed in a large-scale 18-acre mixed use development on Baltimore’s harborfront.
