Parcel H is primarily a parking structure that serves the highly successful Baltimore Waterfront Marriott next door. In order to create a seamless fabric of pedestrian-friendly environments, the structure was wrapped with street-level retail spaces. The tenants in this building are all restaurants and bars. Anchoring the corner of the building that faces Katyn Circle is Roy's Restaurant, a popular Hawaiin Steakhouse. On the corner facing the Marriott hotel is Fleming's Steakhouse. Finally, The James Joyce Pub is currently under construction and will provide an inviting atmosphere along President Street on the East side of the building. In addition, the Pub will have outdoor seating on a patio adjacent to the Baltimore Civil War museum.
