Project Description

This redevelopment of the base of a Class A Office Building is located on the main waterfront thouroghfare in Baltimore. It adds ground level retail shops and a new office lobby and second level office space to the building. The design improves upon the existing conditions which which set the building behind landscaped beams creating an unsafe urban condition. This new façade and urban design humanizes the street and create safer more visible frontage resulting in a greater sense of place, improving leasing and the urban environment.
