This mixed-use building will house a high-rise condo building as well as office space. It will incorporate an existing historic building on 9th Street as office space and will fill an existing alley. The historic preservation blends in with the other buildings on 9th Street while the apartments compliment other units on M Street. The project is scheduled to begin construction in late 2017 and will be completed early in 2018. There will be 33 condo units and 3,000 square feet of office and retail space available for lease.
The building occupies a thin T-shaped site with an existing historic building which will be retained in nearly its entirety. The condo tower will be built on top of the existing building, retaining its roof & skylights. The building features green roofs and terraces.
