This project consisted of renovating and restoring the Gateway Statler Hotel, formerly one of the country’s premier historic hotels, into a four-star Renaissance Grand. Conveniently located adjacent to the America Center, the 39-story, 900-room hotel offers spectacular views of the Mississippi River and the Gateway Arch. The renovated tower will become a beacon to the hospitality industry for St. Louis while complementing the city’s beautiful neoclassical architecture.
