Comprised of glass, metal, stucco and brick this four level duplex respects the historic nature of its neighborhood while creating two modern homes. On the side facades the brick seamlessly blends into the surrounding brick structures; meanwhile the front facade is comprised almost entirely of glass, opening the building to the surrounding city.
The glass facade spans both units providing natural light to the open floor plans. Each unit contains a living and dining room area, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, an office and a two car garage. In addition, each unit has a rooftop patio accessed through an oval structure at the building’s peak.
