In addition to his design practices, Mr. Fetty has also presented at numerous conferences and expositions including the CFRST owner’s conference, and the Hospitality Construction Expo- “Effective Prototype Development”. He has expertise in all facets of architecture, interior design, design management, and construction administration, including that of owner’s representative. Mr. Fetty has worked on feasibility, design, and construction of many real estate development projects.
