Recently completed, the HUD-financed 300 Warwick provides 80 affordable housing units to a former industrial parcel in western Baltimore, Maryland. Inspired by the dynamic movement of Amtrak’s Northeast corridor nearby, 300 Warwick bolsters efforts to revitalize the community with a distinct elegance not often attributed to this type of project.
As a new cornerstone for western Baltimore, the apartments feature amenities aimed at a commuting workforce, featuring a fitness room, community room, business center, tenant storage, and a bicycle storage room.
