The Harbor Hill Apartment Expansion is located one block south of the Historic Federal Hill neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland. The project is a new build, with 4 stories of wood construction over 2 stories of below-grade cast-in-place structured parking. The building adds 71 luxury Multi-Family units connected by a sky bridge to an existing 74-unit Adaptive Reuse building which was originally an elementary school. The design comfortably takes a commercial-size, Multi-Family building and successfully embeds it into the residential scale of the Federal Hill community.
