The project located adjacent to the University of Maryland at College Park campus is comprised of 4 uniquely–shaped buildings, containing 900 student apartments, a 190–room hotel and conference center, 21,000 square feet of retail space and 250 underground parking spaces. The dynamic composition of the buildings creates a series of exterior spaces for the student community, and is carefully integrated into the existing pedestrian patterns of the College Park Campus.
