PHASES I / II

Adjacent to an existing transportation hub in the Washington D.C. area, this project is a new mixed-use development. The master plan calls for a nine-block development consisting of both high- and low-rise buildings with associated parking across 17 acres. The site will be developed using New Urbanism principles and will contain approximately 2,400 units of residential, 547,000 square feet of office, 492 hotel rooms, and 338,000 square feet of retail to include an IMAX theater grocery store, and 7,500 spaces of above- and below-grade parking. This project is destined to be the premier Transit-Oriented Development in the State of Maryland, and will be a fully LEED certified project. Inspired by Rockefeller Center, the spaces and places created therein will be truly spectacular.

PHASE I

The project is a new build, mixed use tower to be built as phase 1A of the MetroView Town Center project in New Carrollton, Maryland. The tower will contain approximately 440 units of Multi-Family rental housing units with amenity space, 45,000 square feet of ground level retail shops and 110,000 square feet of build to suit office space for the State of Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. The tower will have three levels of underground parking utilizing an automated parking system for 800 of the proposed 1,000-space facility.

PHASE II

This design creates a much needed performing arts center for Prince George’s County. The first five levels will house a 64,000 square foot, state-of-the-art performance space. The ground level also contains 19,540 square feet of retail, and the entrances and lobbies to the hotel and residential tower located above the performing arts center. The luxury hotel will provide 182 guest rooms as well as luxury amenity spaces on levels 6-12; meanwhile 70 luxury condominiums will be located on levels 13-22. All of this will rest on the parking podium offering 896 structured parking spaces
