Dock Street Hotel

ANNAPOLIS, MD

In the prime tourist harbor in Annapolis, Maryland, rests the site for this concept study for a boutique hotel. Since 2015, FILLAT+ has been working with the local government and citizens of Annapolis to craft a design that both adopts modern aesthetic while fluidly integrating with the existing architectural fabric of the historic city. The scheme shown below is the latest one of over 15 design iterations that the project has undergone with the assistance from local leaders, organizations, and the general public.

Located at the foot of City Dock in the Historic city of Annapolis, this new-build,  Luxury Hotel will become a new urban resort destination. The hotel is thoughtfully designed to blend in with the local colonial character. A city historic maritime center will be located in the lobby of the hotel with exhibit space and programming sharing the space creating a unique approach to activating both spaces. There will be a full service restaurant and bar curated by a local celebrity chef. The rooftop will have a large meeting space which will cater to weddings and formal gatherings. Additionally, there will be an outdoor terrace bar with beautiful views of the harbor.

Liberty Marina Hotel

EDGEWATER, MD
A full-service destination resort hotel located on the South River in Edgewater Maryland, Liberty Marina Hotel is an addition to the 250-slip Liberty Marina and will provide overnight accommodations for boaters and land lubbers alike. The hotel will be themed with a yet to be announced world renowned entertainment brand and will feature a large waterfront pool and swim up bar with beautiful views down river to the Chesapeake Bay. The property will include a destination steakhouse restaurant along with nationally recognized brewery. The hotel will offer 5-star service with 200 luxuriously appointed rooms. A 13,000 square foot ballroom will make the faculty a go-to wedding and meeting venue year round.

Arinc Town Center

ANNAPOLIS, MD
Arinc Town Center aims to be destination lifestyle development with a true live work play environment. The project includes 250 luxury residential units, a 50,000 square foot office building and 7,500 square feet of retail shops built around a series of walkable open spaces in the heart of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Parking is provided underground in order to free up the ground plane for leisure activities. The residential building features a rooftop pool and activity spaces that offer panoramic views of the surrounding area.
