The second building to be completed as part of the Inner Harbor East redevelopment, Parcel C boasts a 205-room non-prototypical Courtyard by Marriott hotel, the first to be built in an urban setting. Also included in the program for this building, which spans the entire city block, is more than 160,000 square feet of Class-A office space that features large, 27,000 square foot floor plates to enable rapid tenant configuration, 43,000 square feet of ground-level retail including a Whole Foods Market, and 369 spaces of structured parking.
