A fresh take on the Moxy brand is planned for this new-build property in Baltimore, Maryland. Inspired by the surface of the water, the multisided façade creates movement and adds visual interest to the hotel, which is located on the waterfront of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The 182-room property will have a rooftop bar with a wakeboard-shaped roof. The hotel sits on a podium which contains a 120-space parking garage and ground-level retail along with the hotel lobby. The garage is sheathed in a living wall, demonstrating the development teams’ commitment to sustainability.
